Cristián is a member of the arbitration body of the Mediation and Arbitration Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the list of bankruptcy arbitrators.

Cristián is a partner of the Firm and is one of the leaders of the litigation, arbitration and tax group. He has extensive experience in labor and tax litigation, corporate reorganizations and liquidations.
He also has relevant experience in the area of corporate compliance, especially in anti-corruption matters and criminal liability of legal entities, in administrative law and in advisory services related to the Consumer Rights Protection Law and personal data protection.
Additionally, Cristián has extensive experience in legal advice to the management and/or boards of directors and shareholders' meetings of companies, through his active participation as advisor to the board of directors of different companies.
Graduated from of the School of Law of Universidad Gabriela Mistral, Chile (1999). Admitted to the practice in Chile in 2000.
In 2006 he obtained a Master’s Degree in Tax Management from the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
Former Law Professor of Commercial Law, Universidad Andrés Bello.
