Felipe Youlton is a partner of JJR with extensive experience in real estate law, corporate, business law and foreign investment. Additionally, he has relevant experience in taxation. He has advised several companies in M&A and restructure transactions.
Before his incorporation to JJR, he was the legal counsel of Cimenta Mutuo Hipotecario.
Graduated from School of Law Universidad Diego Portales (LL.B.). He was admitted to practice law in Chile in 1997.
Master in Corporate Law, Catholic University of Chile (2001).
Former Law Professor of Commercial Law, Universidad Andrés Bello.
Member of the Chilean Bar Association.
