Camila Ramirez is a senior associate of the Firm and leads the labor practice area. She has significant experience in corporative-labor advice and litigation and has provided preventive advice in labor conflicts in individual and collective labor law matters. With more than ten years of experience in labor litigation, civil litigation, and proceedings before local police courts.
She also has experience in immigration law, particularly administrative immigration procedures.
In addition, she has studied and has experience in mining law and related matters, such as the establishment of mining concessions, mining easements, the expiration of mining concessions, mining due diligence, water law, and the regularization of water rights.
