Felipe Youlton is a partner of JJR with extensive experience in corporate law, civil law, business law, foreign investment and mergers and acquisitions. He has participated in numerous significant transactions, including the acquisition and sale of national and multinational companies, the purchase of minority interests, divestitures and corporate reorganizations. He has been involved in all stages of negotiation, such as legal review of companies or due diligence, and the preparation of all necessary documentation to close each transaction, including shareholder agreements, SPA, APA, EPC, among others.
