Max Morgan is partner of the firm and specializes in maritime transportation, with experience in charterparties, collisions, spillages, cargo claims, arrest of vessels, maritime insurance and related conflict resolution.He is also well experienced in non-marine insurance and reinsurance as well as commercial, maritime and insurance litigation.
He is the leader of the shipping, commercial and insurance/reinsurance litigation department.
He has advised and defended in arbitration, ordinary courts and administrative proceedings several companies, such as owners, charterers, operators, shipping lines, P&I clubs, terminals, underwriters and reinsurers, in cases of high relevance in the last years.
