Amanda Fidalgo is an associate and member of the Corporate Law practice group since 2024. Her professional practice focuses on corporate and contractual matters, including the incorporation of companies, restructurings, corporate governance, and commercial transactions. She has participated in the development of projects in the energy sector, with a special focus on renewable energy.

Before joining JJR, she worked as a lawyer at Ecjia Otero and at the company Energy Head.
