Pablo Jorquiera is a partner of JJR and leads the Firm’s corporate practice group. He has extensive experience in corporate, commercial, business law, foreign investment and international trade. Additionally, he has relevant experience in taxation.
He was one of the first Chilean attorneys who studied and worked in China in the 90s. As a consequence of this experience, he currently advises several Asian companies operating in Chile and Latin America.
Before his incorporation to JJR, he was the legal counsel of American Life Insurance Company (ALICO) an AIG’s subsidiary in Chile and Wilmington, Delaware, USA. He later worked as tax attorney of KPMG in Chile and legal counsel of the Eisenberg Group (Israeli conglomerate) in Beijing, China.
