Amanda Fidalgo has been an associate and member of the Corporate Law team since 2024. Her practice focuses on corporate and contractual matters, including company formation, restructurings, corporate governance, and commercial transactions. She has been involved in the development of projects in the energy sector, with a particular emphasis on renewable energy.

Before joining JJR, she worked as a lawyer at Ecjia Otero and at the company Energy Head.
